General Terms and Conditions<\/p>\n<p>1 Jurisdiction<\/p>\n<p>1.1 These terms and conditions of Nostro Bulgaria (referred to as &#8220;seller&#8221;) apply to all contracts that a consumer or business (referred to as &#8220;buyer&#8221;) will enter into with the seller in relation to goods and\/or services offered in its online store .<\/p>\n<p>1.2 A user within the meaning of these general terms and conditions is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction, an executor within the meaning of these general terms and conditions is any natural or legal person or legal company that carries out commercial or independent professional activity upon concluding a legal transaction.<\/p>\n<p>2 Conclusion of contract<\/p>\n<p>2.1 The product displayed in the seller&#8217;s online store does not constitute a binding offer from the seller, but serves to submit a legally binding purchase offer from the customer.<\/p>\n<p>2.2 The customer can submit his order using the integrated order form in the online store provided by the seller. After entering the personal data, the customer submits a legally binding contractual offer by clicking the submit button during the ordering process related to the goods placed in the shopping basket.<\/p>\n<p>2.3 Order processing and customer contact is usually done by email and automated order processing. The customer must ensure that the email address provided in connection with the order is correct and sufficient for the transmission of messages between him and the seller. When using SPAM-filters, the customer must ensure that the seller or a designated third party will be able to contact the buyer by email with information relating to the order.<\/p>\n<p>3 Return costs when exercising the right of withdrawal<\/p>\n<p>If the customer has a right of withdrawal, the regular return costs will apply in case of exercising the right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n<p>4 Pricing and Payment Terms<\/p>\n<p>4.1 The prices indicated by the seller are final prices in EUR and include the statutory mandatory value added taxes. If applicable, additional shipping and handling costs will be indicated in the specific product description.<\/p>\n<p>4.2 The customer has a choice of payment options.<\/p>\n<p>Payment in cash (to the courier upon delivery) \u2013 Payment is made upon delivery by the courier or at the delivery offices.<br \/>\nPay by debit\/credit card online.<\/p>\n<p>5 Delivery and Delivery Terms<\/p>\n<p>5.1 The delivery of the goods is carried out by the delivery method selected by the customer and to the delivery address or courier office specified by the customer. In case of unavailability or only partial availability of the goods, the customer will be notified immediately and the counter performance will be refunded without delay.<\/p>\n<p>6 Liability for defects<\/p>\n<p>Legal liability applies.<\/p>\n<p>7 Applicable Law<\/p>\n<p>7.1 All legal relations of the parties are subject to the laws of Bulgaria, with the exception of the laws on the international purchase of movable goods. This choice of law applies only if the protection granted is not withdrawn by force majeure provisions of the country in which the customer has his habitual residence.<\/p>\n<p>7.2 If the customer acts as a trader, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law with a place of residence in Bulgaria, the legal place is only the location of the seller. If the customer is located outside the territory of Bulgaria, the registered office of the seller is the sole place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract, if the contract or claims arising from the contract can be transferred to the professional and commercial activity of the customer. The seller has the right in the cases mentioned above to call the court of the customer&#8217;s place of residence.<\/p>\n<p>7.3 The language of the contract is Bulgarian.<\/p>\n<p>B.
